Ladies finger gravy

  • Wash the ladies finger well
  • Press lightly and remove extra water from ladies finger
  • In one lady’s finger make it 4 to 6 pieces.
  • For 250grams of ladies, fingers take two medium-size onions and chop it into small size.
  • Take one tablespoon chopped coconut.
  • Half teaspoon mustard seeds.
  • 6 green chilly .cut it into a small piece.
  • Half teaspoon salt.
  • Add a 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Add a 3/4 spoon of turmeric powder.
  • Take a pan .make it slightly heats on low flame.
  • Then add 2 tablespoon oil.
  • Then let the oil heat after that add curry leaf and mustard seeds.
  • After 20 to 30 seconds adding the onion.
  • Let it get slightly brown and then add green chilies after a couple of seconds.
  • add chopped coconut into the gravy let the coconut get the brownish color and then finally add
  • salt as per taste then add turmeric powder and black pepper and finally add the chopped
  • ladies finger into the gravy cook for 10 15 minutes.
  • keep stirring occasionally and check the ladies’ finger if it’s got soften then turn off the flame.

Ladies finger curry

Take a medium size 2 onions.

Add some coriander leaves.

Take a coconut 250 grams.

Add 2 or 3 tomatoes.

Chop the onions roughly.and add coriander leaves add both things into the mixer jar.

Make the fine paste of those things

On the other side chop the coconut into small pieces add 2 or tomatoes and grind it well in

mixer jar.

Take a pan heat the pan on low flame add a 1 or 2 tablespoon oil into the pan heat the oil

and add the chopped ladies finger into the pan and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. add the onion

coriander leaves paste into the pan and fry it for 4,5 minutes and then add salt as per your

taste.half teaspoon of turmeric powder then add red chili powder as per your need and

then add a half tablespoon of coriander powder cook those spices well after 5 minutes add

the coconut and tomato paste to curry and cook well for 8 minutes and add a 1 tablespoon

tamarind paste adds water as per your need then cook for 10 minutes and turned the on to the low flame and And cook that curry for 15 minutes and your ladies finger curry ready to eat now.

  • Take a 10-15 ml of water in a bowl.
  • In that add one teaspoon fennel powder
  • Take one pinch of turmeric
  • One teaspoon chili powder
  • Pinch garam masala
  • 2 teaspoon coriander.
  • Mix this allspice and water well and keep aside.
  • Boil oil in pan two teaspoons of oil.
  • Then add 250 grams of ladies’ finger.
  • Saute for 5 minutes.
  • Then remove ladies’ fingers from pan.
  • Then again add 2 teaspoons of oil to the pan.
  • Add 2 cardamon and 2 tablespoons of green chilies.
  • Then add one cup chopped onion in that green chilies and cardamon.
  • Let the onion becomes brownish.
  • Then add 2 full sliced tomatoes to it.
  • Then add that masala which we prepared early with water and saute it for 5 minutes.
  • After Minutes add 1/2 cup of water.
  • Keep stirring occasionally.
  • Then add salt according to your taste.
  • Finally, add a ladies’ fingers and 1 cup of curd. And mix well and cover the pan for 4 minutes and keep checking the dish.
  • And your tasty ladies’ finger dish is ready.
