1.Lunge With Spinal Twist:-

  • Start standing on your feet together.
  • Take a big step forward with your left foot, so that you are in a state of spam.
  • Bend your left knee and throw into the last trench, keeping your right leg straight behind you with your toes down, so that you feel stretched in front of your right thigh.
  • Put your right hand on the floor and twist your left body as you stretch your left arm to the ceiling.
  • Hold for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
  • Repeat on the other side.

2.Knee to Chest Stretch:-

  • Lie on your back with two extended legs.
  • Pull your knee to your chest, while keeping your left leg straight and your lower back pressed down.
  • Hold for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
  • Repeat on the other leg.

3. 90/90 Stretch

  • 1.Sit with your right knee bent at 90 degrees in front of you, find it facing your body and
    your foot facing to the left. Keep your right foot flexed.
  • 2.Let your leg rest on the floor.
  • 3.Place your knee on the left side of your body, then bend at the knee so that your foot is
    behind you. Keep your left foot flexed.
  • 4.Keep your heel wrist on the floor. Try move the left cheek close to the floor as much as
    possible. It may not happen if you are too strong.
  • 5.Hold for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
  • 6.Repeat on the other side.

4.Figure Four Stretch.

  • Lie on your back.
  • Cut your left foot over your right quad, then bend your right knee.
  • Hold the back of your right leg and pull it down to your chest.
  • When you feel comfortable stretching, hold on there.
  • Change sides and repeat.

5.Reclining Angle Bound Pose.

  • Lie on your back.
  • Bring your feet together and allow your knees to open up and get closer to the floor.
  • Hold for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

6.Piriformis Stretch.

  • Sit down with both legs raised in front of you.
  • Cut your right leg to your left, and place your right foot down.
  • Put your right hand on the floor behind your body.
  • Place your left hand on your right or left quad on your right knee (as shown) and press
    your right leg as you wrap your right side.
  • If spinal rotation bothers your back, pull it out and simply use your left hand to pull your
    right quad to the left.
